With snow covering most of the uk i took advantage of a short break in the weather to film this quick update on the No-Dig bed i built in under 30 mins earlier in the year
Its really amazing how much this No-Dig bed has produced and i think for most people with an average garden they are the perfect way to grow vegetables
Oca is as easy to grow as Potatoes but doesn’t suffer from Blight,it has its little quirks but i have found it worthwhile and a great culinary addition in the kitchen
Nearly impossible to buy fresh but as easy to grow as Rhubard,Seakale is a vegetable that deserves it place in our Perennial garden as it brings a great delicious taste at the end of winter and once planted will crop for years.
