Kate Gould’s The Wasteland garden was a really innovative garden which very cleverly show cased sculptures made of recycled materials and used everyday affordable materials combined in such a way as to be really inspiring. The planting of the garden was beautifully executed and very cleverly selected choice of plants creating a really harmonious feeling within the garden.It was no suprise that kate won a Gold medal for her garden.
One of the fantastic attractions of Adam Frost’s gold medal winning entry Sowing the Seeds of Change is that it combines a productive garden with a family useable setting in such a way that for most people small elements of this garden could be taken away and used as inspiration in their own gardens. In this interview Adam shares with us his thought process as to why he has created this garden.
