PLANTING AND GROWING THYME

Orange Thyme,Lemon Thyme or Classic Thyme they all love Pots and are easy and great to have close to the kitchen. There the secret ingredient in a fantastic Tomato Sauce and always so much more intense when you grow your own as with all Herbs you will always use more of them when there easy to pick and you have an abundance.

My advice always grow as many as you can they really are great kitchen essentials and just a single plant will enliven so many dishes

One really important trick with thyme dont over feed and keep it on the dry side
